Health coaching and life coaching can be a very similar process. However, each are there own specialty. A life coach focuses on a individual’s personal and professional goals. They dig deeper into the more intimate areas of an person’s life such as relationships, career, parenting and family, and personal finances. Life coaches guide people in finding their passion and purpose. A health coach focuses on creating a balance between all of the factors that affect a person’s health. Some of these factors may include physical activity, mental health, stress, relationships, and nutrition. Health coaches provide guidance and support to individuals as they travel through their health and wellness journey.
